About the role:
You will work in the Revenue Operations team supporting our internal stakeholders in the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams. This role will provide the operational excellence, data analysis and insight needed to enable our customer-facing teams to rapidly scale operations as our customer base grows. A focus will be creating and managing tools to increase process efficiency, including implementing and managing CRM tools to maximise opportunities and customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying the company's tooling needs and managing and building an industry-leading tech stack that fully leverages automation
- Managing the procurement, installation, and configuration and enabling our customer-facing teams to leverage existing tools
- Proactively looking for and proposing solutions to bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our operations
- Supporting the synergy of various data sources to provide a seamless picture of our lead to customer journey
- Providing business intelligence via reporting, dashboard design, and white space analysis to convert the data you capture into actionable insights
- Bringing quality and consistency to all of our processes including post-sales customer interactions
- Maintaining a consistent feedback loop with the GTM leadership team on customer journey and success
- Managing the licensing and maintenance of all software tools and applications
What we’re looking for:
- You have experience launching new tooling, integrating it within the existing tech stack, training users and driving utilisation/adoption
- You have experience of working within a Revenue Operations team to maintain a solid operational tech stack to support our GTM operations
- You have experience supporting customer-facing roles to build and improve playbooks in order to standardise internal processes
- You have experience in how technology can accelerate and scale Revenue Operations in a rapidly growing B2B environment
- You have a data-driven, highly analytical approach to work with excellent attention to detail
- You are experienced in delivering regular, reliable reporting on critical business metrics to internal & external stakeholders
- You are able to manage a backend user licencing system (proprietary system)
- You have strong creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and enjoy ‘outside of the box’ when faced with new challenges
- You are excited to work in a hybrid working environment and be present in our central London office at least 3 times a week
- Exposure to a wider tech stack including but not limited to: Hubspot, Planhat, Pendo, Loom, Gong
- A drive to continuously develop yourself and others around you
- Passion for B2B startup growth journeys and a desire to be a builder
- 1-2 years of experience in a operational role
