The Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled User Intelligence Expert to join our Scientific Affairs department. As a User Intelligence Expert, you will play a crucial role in gathering insights on our users, utilizing data to make informed decisions, and presenting valuable information to various teams and departments. This position reports directly to the Director of Scientific Affairs and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular searches and analysis to gather valuable insights on our users.
• Maintain and update internal systems with user-related information to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Design and conduct customer surveys to gather relevant data and gain deeper insights into user behaviour and preferences.
• Utilize gathered insights to make informed decisions and strategic plans, contributing to the organization's overall growth and success.
• Present user intelligence findings and recommendations to other teams and departments, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• BSc in Biomedical Sciences, providing a solid foundation in scientific principles and knowledge.
• Proficiency with digital tools as an end user, with the ability to quickly adapt to and embrace new technologies.
• Exceptional time-management skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks and priorities.
• A critical-thinker and problem-solver, able to analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver consistently and autonomously.
• Ability to work in a team with diverse backgrounds and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent command over English language
• MSc in Drug Discovery/Development or equivalent working experience
• Good understanding of the pharma industry workflows
