The Role

The Head of Sales will be a dynamic force within Enroly, spearheading our expansion within the UK higher education sector. Your role involves proactively building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals that align with our strategic goals. By joining us, you will play a key role in our journey towards exceeding expectations and achieving remarkable success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and engage new business opportunities in higher education. Work closely with the Marketing team to maximise lead-generation efforts.
  • Sales Process Leadership: Manage the sales cycle from inbound lead to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This includes setting sales goals, creating sales plans, and managing the Business Development team.
  • Networking: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build Enroly’s presence.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside our marketing, customer success and product teams to encourage the development of new ideas and solutions to enhance our product offerings.

Performance Metrics:
  • New Client Acquisition: Your success will be measured by your ability to strategically expand our client base, demonstrating initiative and alignment with our core values.
  • Sales Cycle Efficiency: Streamline the sales process, setting benchmarks for success and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, with a flair for exceeding goals and forging strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Strong organisational prowess, adept at juggling multiple priorities and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep commitment to continuous learning and innovation, staying ahead of market trends and leveraging new technologies
  • Willingness to travel, embracing opportunities to engage clients personally and deliver tailored solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Right to Work in the UK
