We are a remote-first, high-performance culture company committed to staff well-being, professional development, and social impact.We are seeking a Contract Graphic Designer who has expertise in UI/UX design and Figma prototyping + designing marketing assets. This role will support our in-house Design and Marketing teams on a full-time basis until the end of September. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating marketing materials, social media content, landing pages, and user interfaces. ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Branding

• Produce visually compelling graphics for social media, advertising, and other digital platforms
• Maintain and extend the brand's visual identity across various channels and touchpoints

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

• Design and prototype landing pages, user interfaces in Figma
• Collaborate with product teams to translate wireframes into visually appealing and functional designs

Team Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience
• Participate in the creative workflow, from initial brief to project completion, ensuring timely and effective execution

RequirementsCompetencies

• Design Skills: Strong portfolio displaying your expertise in graphic design and UI/UX
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software, especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and user-centred design principles
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design choices clearly and effectively
• Collaboration: Excellent team player with the capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience, including UI/UX design
• Experience in creating landing pages and Figma prototypes
• Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable with multitasking
