About the role

As an early hire, you’ll be a core member of the team with direct impact in the execution of our strategy. You’ll be working directly with the executive team in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, information technology, database management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• With or without work experience (last year of college)
• Superior proficiency in Python 3.x and SQL
• Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written)
• Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently, lead projects and seek innovative solutions.

Responsibilities may vary, but can include:

• Supporting technology projects from inception to completion, including project planning, execution, and evaluation
• Identifying and mitigating technology-related risks and vulnerabilities
• Development and improvement of internal processes
• Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels
• Conducting research and analysis on emerging technologies and trends in the technology industry
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements
• Gathers facts and data to be used in the review of proposals which consist of objectives, scope, and user expectations
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
