👩🏻‍🔧 What you’ll be doing…

• Producing good quality tested code for user stories by adhering to Unibuddy coding practices.
• Collaborating with your squad; designers, product managers, and engineers to to define the future of the product.
• Evolving the high level architecture of Unibuddy engineering systems.
• Identifying and fixing bugs within the owned feature area, continuously optimising existing work.
• Proposing new ideas to enhance team coding standards.
• Facilitating team ceremonies, code reviews, and other collaborative meetings.
• Developing and pushing amazing code to production!

👨🏽‍💻This might be for you if…

• You have experience with coding and testing best practices in one or more programming languages.
• You’re skilled in developing backend code using common frameworks like Flask or Express.
• Have knowledge of static typing (eg: TypeScript).
• You’re familiar with building and/or using microservices.
• You enjoy building responsive and accessible React Applications.
• You’re enthusiastic about learning new practices and sharing knowledge with your team.
• You’re excited to mentor others and inspire them to achieve their best work.
• You have 4-8+ years of experience as an engineer and are looking to take your career to the next level.
• You’re eager to learn new technologies and are open to adapting your skills to our stack.
