We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think LEGO, Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Sony. We also create Yoto Originals like this one.

Yoto’s Ecommerce Team

The Ecommerce team sits within the wider Commercial function and our purpose is to increase sales and meet revenue targets through our Direct to Consumer website and Amazon. The team is responsible for driving conversion to purchase using a range of tools including effective content management, pricing, promotions and data analytics. These roles are new to the business as we look to expand our team to continue to meet our ambitious growth plans and introduce as many new families as we can to Yoto.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Day to day support of Ecommerce team
  • Working closely with the product, front end and marketing teams to ensure sites are regularly updated, and doing what we need them to do
  • Merchandising of products
  • Setting up and managing on site sales promotions
  • Uploading of new products and SKUs and keeping them up to date
  • Running reports and analysis on performance to support our commercial objectives

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience of effective and proactive problem-solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely using a variety of cloud-based software solutions
  • A friendly, outgoing, personable attitude with a hands-on mentality, willing to roll your sleeves up, and deliver on agreed targets
  • Interest and curiosity in consumer behaviour and how we can influence purchase
  • Self-starter - able to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to pick things up quickly – be it systems, processes, or concepts
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as Google Workspace
  • (Desirable) Experience working with Shopify, Dato or Amazon Seller/Vendor Central systems
  • (Desirable) Ability to handle large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets and provide analysis
  • (Desirable) Experience with retail or direct to consumer sales

What you can expect from us:

  • Salary of up to £25,000

  • Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once or twice a month.

  • A Work from Anywhere policy that gives you the opportunity to work from a different location for a temporary period.

  • Extra leave for service - 1 extra day for every year worked after you hit your 2 year anniversary, up to a maximum of 5 extra days.
