Yoto’s Marketing & Creative Team
We’re a global team looking after brand and product marketing, acquisition and retention marketing, communications and creative, with multi-disciplinary marketing teams in key regions – the USA, UK and France. We work closely with teams across the business, particularly our friends in the product, tech and content teams.
The Retention Marketing team is a global function and is focused on driving LTV and engagement. We work alongside our market teams to ensure communications best practice and effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing:
Developing and owning the global retention strategy
Working to increase LTV and customer engagement
Strategic ownership of email, in-app, push, and direct mail channels; working to help markets activate across channels
Ensuring a first class customer comms experience
Bringing campaigns to life for our existing customers alongside the market, brand and content teams
Overseeing Yoto Club communications alongside the product marketing team to help markets drive sign-ups, engage existing members, and reactivate lapsed members
Monitoring and reporting regularly on performance across channels and campaigns
Working with the design, UX and brand teams to ensure engaging and on-brand communications are consistently delivered
Working closely with relevant product and acquisition colleagues to ensure data capture is prioritised and follows best practice
Leading on the continued development and implementation of Braze into the business
What you’ll bring:
Extensive experience leading and running a CRM / retention marketing function in a fast paced scale-up business
Experience across multiple channels including email, app and direct mail
Highly data literate
Experience managing a small CRM team
Demonstrable experience of growing LTV
Experience setting up and using Braze, is highly desirable
Comfortable with the ambiguity of working in a fast paced startup / scaleup environment
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 based on experience.

- Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once or twice a month. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
